Greater Community Bancorp is the holding company for a group of related companies that include financial service providers such as a Greater Community Bank; Greater Community Insurance Services, LLC ; Greater Community Financial; Greater Community Title LLC; Greater Community Tax Services, LLC and Highland Capital Corp. Any company that is owned or controlled by Greater Community Bancorp is an "affiliate" or an "affiliated company" of all of the other companies owned by Greater Community Bancorp

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, we are permitted to share your name, address, and facts about your transactions and experience with us (such as your payment history and other transactions on your accounts with us) among our affiliated companies.

Unless you request otherwise, we also share all of the other information we collect among our affiliated companies. We share this information in order to bring you the financial products and services that you want and expect.

Your Choice to Limit Marketing

You may limit our affiliates from marketing their products or services to you based on information that we share with them, such as your income, your account history with us and your credit score.

Your decision to limit marketing offers from our affiliates will not expire unless you revoke it in writing. This limitation does not apply in certain circumstances, such as if you currently do business with one of our affiliates, or if you ask to receive information or offers from them.

If two or more consumers jointly obtain a product or service from us, any of them may write to limit marketing offers. We will treat a request to limit marketing offers by any of the joint consumers as applying to all of the associated joint consumers for that product or service.
