Greater Community Bank Gave Back to their
Community During the Holiday Season

The Lincoln Park Branch located at 31 Beaverbrook Road, helped collect monetary contributions to donate to the Lincoln Park Food Pantry. The Food Pantry used the money donated to purchase food for low income families. Greater Community Bank also extended their holiday efforts to the Lincoln Park Jaycees and two daycare centers located in Paterson, NJ, A Child’s World and A World of Colors. Every year, the Lincoln Park Branch and the Furler Street Branch (located in Totowa), work together to gather donated gifts from their clients for Pre-Foster Care Children through the Lincoln Park Jaycees program. Six of Greater Community Bank’s branches, Union Boulevard Branch, in Totowa; Getty Avenue and Clifton Avenue Branches, in Clifton; Singac and Main Street Branches, in Little Falls; and the Parsippany Branch (on New Road), all made great efforts to ensure that all gift tags were returned with a gift that the children requested from the daycare centers.

Greater Community Bank would like to extend a Special Thank You to all of their Clients and Employees who contributed a donation or toy this holiday season! These fundraising events could not have been such a success without the support and generosity from their clients and Bank personnel.

In addition to the prize donations for the special drawing, the bank also offered to host a pizza party for the branch that raised the most money during the campaign. Much to their surprise, there was a tie between the Union Boulevard branch in Totowa and the Main Street branch, in Little Falls. Pizza parties were held at both locations with special guests Timothy P. Barr, Vice President of Development, Executive Director of the St. Joseph’s Foundation attending both, and Karen Moore, Manager of Annual Giving and Special Events attending the Main Street celebration.
